 Do you just want an additional perspective about something you’ve been t
 hinking about?\n\n“Let’s Talk” provides students easy access to brie
 f\, informal\, and confidential consultations with professional mental hea
 lth providers from CAPS. There is no fee for UNL students. This time is re
 served specifically for students who are military and veterans.\n\n“Le
 t’s Talk” is a brief\, informal consultation and is not appropriate fo
 r addressing crisis situations. If you are in immediate crisis or experien
 cing significant distress during regular business hours (Monday through Fr
 iday\, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)\, please contact CAPS at (402) 472-7450 and ask to s
 chedule a Crisis Care Appointment. If it is after business hours\, please 
 call (402) 472-7450 and Press 4 to speak to the on-call counselor. Always 
 remember that if you are in imminent danger to yourself or others\, please
  call 911.
