The Holland Computing Center (HCC) and the UNL Bioinformatics Core Research Facility (BCRF) are proud to host a joint Software Carpentry Incubator Workshop running from August 19th to August 20th. This hands-on workshop will cover basic Bash concepts and workflow management systems with focus on bioinformatics. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems.
