Flute Day is here again! High school flutists will perform in morning master classes with Dr. John Bailey, University of Nebraska-Lincoln Larson Professor of Music (flute), and guest collegiate flutists perform in the afternoon master class. There will be a flute choir reading session for all participants and a showcase recital featuring Nebraska flutists performing flute and piano and flute solo works. Requests to play in the master classes will be honored as received, with preference given to 11th and 12th graders and visiting college flutists. Younger flutists will be selected as space permits. Those selected to play in the master classes will be contacted.

For more information, please contact John Bailey, 402.472.2651 or jbailey1@unl.edu
