DESCRIPTION:UNL faculty\, staff\, and students serving on a search committe
 e are required to attend an educational seminar covering legal issues and 
 university policies and procedures prior to the search committee reviewing
  applications. Although not mandatory\, community members serving on a sea
 rch committee are encouraged to attend these educational seminars.\n\nThe 
 seminar is a 60-minute session that covers the most common issues that ari
 se during the search process. It also provides information outlining the p
 rocess from start to finish. By completing the seminar\, you will receive 
 a two-year certification to serve on search committees. For accommodation
