DESCRIPTION:Commercial applicators use any restricted use pesticide on a co
 ntractual or “for hire” basis. Commercial applicators also include any
  person who applies restricted or general use pesticides for lawn care or 
 structural pest control to the land of another person “for hire” or co
 mpensation. \n\nNoncommercial applicators apply RUPs only to lands owned o
 r controlled by their employer or on behalf of a governmental agency or su
 bdivision of the state. \n\nOn-line registration is encouraged at https\:/
 /nda.nebraska.gov/pesticide/applicator_testing.html. The fee is $95\, or $
 105 per mail\, fax\, and at-the door registrations.
