It’s a NEW season and we would like to introduce you to two new friends!

We are excited to change it up and work with local wine expert, Certified Sommelier, and wine distributor from Good Life Provisions, Charlie Ludwig. Charlie will bring us together with the namesake, owner and winemaker of VINCENT WINES, Vincent Fritsche!

Vincent Wine Company is a Willamette Valley winery that takes a simple, hands off approach that relinquishes much control to nature.

They’re all about low-input wine making, working with several sustainably-farmed vineyards around the Willamette Valley to produce small amounts of handmade wine without a lot of fuss. Their winery home is a small facility in the beautiful Eola Hills of Oregon.

Charles and Vincent will share with us, and the delicious pairings that Chef Adam will provide!
