The Department of Food Science and Technology Research Symposium will take place on the 4th floor of the Food Innovation Center on Monday, April 3 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The purpose of the symposium is to engage in learning the interdisciplinary nature of food science and technology, promote inclusivity of all members in the discipline of food science and technology and trainees will receive feedback from professional community to improve as a scientist and presenter.
