The Mill Coffee & Bistro is hosting Wine Down Wednesdays during the month of April. For $26, you can purchase a bottle of April’s featured wine - Etheric Wine Workshop - Skin Contact Pinot Gris. This wine is a good balance between a rose and an orange wine. 90% Pinot Gris and 10% Chardonnay, co-fermented.
