NIC Partners are invited to hear from Andy Benson with the Nebraska Food for Health Center, a multidisciplinary center that brings together the strengths between agriculture and medicine throughout the university system. Specifically, it helps develop hybrid crops and foods to improve the quality of life of those affected by critical diseases, including heart disease and cancers. You will get a chance to tour their office and lab space in the Food Innovation Center.
