NIC Partners are invited to taste samples of sour cream. The panels will be held on Tuesday, July 23 in the Sensory Laboratory (Room 103) in the Food Innovation Center. Tastings will occur from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
