The arrival of hundreds of thousands of migratory Sandhill Cranes on Nebraska’s Platte River is one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on the continent. Join us for a day of hiking and guided bird-watching trail as we experience the awe-inspiring scene of more than 80 percent of the world’s Sandhill Crane population converging on the Platte River Valley. The cost includes a lesson from a nature guide and two hours of access to an up-close bird-viewing blind. Viewing the cranes is definitely recommended for any bucket list of things to do in Nebraska.
