WHERE:
Jorgensen Hall Green Space - West side of building. We will be grilling out again this year! So bring your favorite grilling entrée** or side to share with everyone!
** Hamburgers & a Vegetarian entrée will be supplied by the Department
COST:
The cost per family/person is $5. Students and their families are free.
SIGN-UP:
Please sign up & pay in the Physics & Astronomy Department Office, 208 JH, on or before Friday, September 8, 2017.
Each family is asked to bring 2 dishes.
1. A main dish
2. A side dish or dessert
- Each dish needs to serve at least 10-12 people.
- Please bring serving utensils for your dish.
- Don’t forget to make use of your local Deli or Bakery if you are not a “gifted” cook, or bring something to put on the grill!
