The Great Plains Art Museum will screen “Alternate Endings, Radical Beginnings” at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 1. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion/question and answer session with representatives from the Nebraska AIDS Project and community leaders.

“Alternate Endings, Radical Beginnings,” is the 28th annual iteration of Visual AIDS’ Day With(out) Art project. The video program prioritizes ongoing AIDS epidemic narratives in the black community, commissioning seven new short videos from artists Mykki Blanco, Cheryl Dunye, Ellen Spiro, Reina Gossett, Thomas Allen Harris, Kia Labeija, Tiona Nekkia McClodden and Brontez Purnell.
