Building an education requires the proper tools. The Center for People in Need is preparing for two of our annual events Tools for Education and Teen Day. These events help low-income families in the community provide school supplies and clothing for their children. At a time when resources are limited, the Center strives to provide backpacks filled with essential school supplies and clothing to be outfitted for the start of school. To make these event successful, volunteers are needed on Saturday, July 25th, Monday, July 27th and then the following week on Saturday, August 1st and Monday, August 3rd. Volunteers will help with event set up, restock tables and assist children as they select their school supplies and clothing.
