Monarchs are fascinating creatures. From their migration totaling some 3,000 miles to their specific feeding and life cycle requirements, Monarchs offer a unique approach to meeting state standards in your classroom.
At this FREE educator workshop we will explore the life cycle, migration, habitat requirements and rearing techniques of the Monarch. We will use inquiry based hands-on activities covering a range of subjects including math, science, art and language arts to name a few.
To register for this workshop please email jamie.bachmann@nebraska.gov with your name, email, school/organization, grades taught, and phone number.
