Keeping a Nature Journal Workshop

Weather you’ve kept a journal for a along time or are a beginner, this class can help you help you develop skills that will make your experience more satisfying and enjoyable.

Topics covered will be: Essential Materials, Writing Prompts, Listening and Observation Skills and Drawing Basics.

Please bring a notebook and a pencil or drawing supplies that you prefer to use. Some supplies will be provided.

Our instructor is
Nebraska Master Naturalist Deb Mowry.

This will count as continued Education for Master Naturalists.
The Public is also welcome.

When: Saturday, April 21,2018
10 am to 12pm

Where: The Nature Conservancy’s
Derr House Facilities
South of the Wood River I80 Exit
13605 South Platte River Drive.

Light Refreshments will be offered.

Feel free to bring a lunch and explore the hiking trails after class.
