April Chapter Meeting: Saturday, April 28, 2018, 9AM-noon
Now that Spring is finally here, here is another opportunity, and excuse, to be outdoors. This is our monthly “meeting.”

The activity for 28 April was woody invasive removal - however we have another priority in need of volunteer assistance. It is the deconstruction of the Star Wars looking art structure to the northwest of the parking lot. It was damaged over the winter and cannot be repaired. Jake Garabrandt, our new land manager, and Jacob Mosher, the artist, would welcome volunteer help. This will require disassembling the structure, removing interior pvc pipe, and removing nails and screws. This activity scheduled from 9AM to Noon with volunteers welcome anytime.

We will be planning another volunteer field day at T.L. Davis preserve for invasive woody removal. And I think there may be another regular garlic mustard pull at some point.
