From our friend Sarah at Mulhall’s Nursery, across Maple Street from Heron Haven:

I work at Mulhall’s – a garden center in northwest Omaha – and we have a number of large events that we hold in our greenhouse each year. This year, we’re excited to introduce a new event – a community plant swap on Saturday, June 16th from 11am to 1pm – and I wondered if the Master Naturalists would be interested in joining us by having a booth at the event. Our goal is to help connect our customers with other nature- and plant-minded people and organizations in the community. We’re planning to have Dante’s pizzeria here to serve fresh pizza from their mobile wood-fired oven, and we’re just finalizing some other details for the event still too – it should be a lot of fun.

We’d love it if a couple Master Naturalists could be here to set up a booth and share about the program. We have worked some with Jonene Lee who is a Master Naturalist, as well as Chris Robie, so I could reach out to them as well if you think that makes sense.
