Falun Dafa is an ancient Chinese spiritual discipline. It consists of moral teachings and five meditation exercises that offer an effective and rewarding way to improve your health and energy levels. A practice based on three principles: Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Benefits of practicing Falun Dafa includes spiritual growth and physical health, relieves stress and anxiety, increases energy and focus.
