Students in the Intensive English Program will hold a Culture and Language Bazaar at 11:45 a.m. Nov. 15 in the Nebraska Union.
The event is free and open to the public.
The students will lead a variety of language activities, including details of alphabets, simple phrases (greetings and goodbyes) and more in-depth conversations depending on fluency. Participants will have access to pamphlets and worksheets.
The event will also include a world map showcasing where students are from and cultural games. Students will be available to discuss their home country and teach traditional games.
