UNL Campus Orchestra presents “To Sing and Dance,” an evening celebrating music of lyrical beauty and rhythmic vitality. Works will include Peter Warlock’s Capriol Suite, Edward Elgar’s Sospiri, and Leonard Bernstein’s Mambo (from West Side Story), featuring members of the UNL percussion program. Escola de Samba by Dr. Tyler White along with the American premiere of Arco Iris by DMA graduate student Rubén Gómez, will also be performed. Concert will be held on December 9 at 7:30pm in Kimball Recital Hall. General admission is $5, with students/seniors $3.

The Campus Orchestra is comprised of non-music major students and displays the talent of students representing departments from all over campus.
