We’ll walk you through how to make this protein-packed snack to replenish your muscles and satisfy your taste buds. We will also discuss other ways to recoup after a workout and talk about the pros/cons of post-workout supplements and shakes.

Face coverings are required to be worn, a 6-foot physical distance must be observed, and hand sanitizer will be available.
