Want to start working out but not sure where to start? Bring a friend or yourself and Josh Bruno will walk you through how to create your own workout plan, foundational movements, and more!

Dress appropriately, including closed-toed shoes and bring water/water bottle.

Programs are free for All-Class Pass holders. If you wish to attend and are not a pass holder please contact Annalisa Mazza, group fitness coordinator, at to register. Fees may apply.

Face coverings are required to be worn, a 6-foot physical distance must be observed, and hand sanitizer will be available.
