In this drop-in session for students, participants will learn DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) skills. These skills will help you be more effective in managing difficult emotions and urges, as well as responding to life’s ups and downs in a more effective manner. This group will also use mindfulness to help increase awareness of thoughts and emotions.
