Pandemic Resilience helps students acknowledge that the persisting stress of COVID (both in terms of fears of illness, restriction of activities and loss of the sense of normalcy) produces real symptoms in all of us. This stress can also exacerbate current struggles. Pandemic Resilience offers a humanist and existential frame with a Monty Python twist, offering two brief interventions (deep breathing and identity affirmation).
