This 6-week beginners program introduces program participants to mindfulness meditation. You will explore body and breath awareness meditations for emotions, pain, and trauma; and guided meditations. Techniques explored include RAIN, mindfulness, and movement meditation.

The program will be every Monday from 6–7 p.m., March 28 – May 2.
