This 6-week beginners program introduces participants to mindfulness meditation. Techniques explored include RAIN, mindfulness, and movement meditation.
These specialized 60-minute sessions teach proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. Each session focuses on a group-specific goal related to strength, balance, hypertrophy or endurance.
