Phelps and Gosper 4-H youth enrolled in a STEAM, Shopping in Style or Beyond the Needle may participate in the 2024 4-H Fashion Show. Fashion Show judging will be held the morning of July 15 and a public style show will be held in the evening at the Phelps Ag Center in Holdrege.
