Biography: Kyla has 17 years of UNL service at the Employee Assistance Program helping UNL faculty and staff adjust to change and overcome hardship. Kyla has worked as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and consultant in the EAP field for 30 years. Her experience and expertise include helping employees with the management of depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, family issues, work stress, work performance improvement, and trauma recovery. She also works as a trainer and consultant with campus leaders, provides educational training, and assists the threat assessment team.
