Pamela Ronald and Raoul Adamchak, authors of “Tomorrow’s Table: Organic Farming, Genetics, and the Future of Food.” Ronald is a professor in the Department of Plant Pathology and the Genome Center at the University of California, Davis, and director of grass genetics at the Joint BioEnergy Institute. Adamchak is market garden coordinator at the UC Davis Student Farm, and teaches organic agriculture.
