This event is an exceptional way for firms to meet the best and brightest accounting and finance students from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. We invite all students enrolled in the College of Business to attend the event, but most who attend will be accounting and finance majors in their junior or senior year. Our students have diverse accounting and finance interests, and we strive to have a variety of organizations in attendance.

The event will be from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.

6:00 – 7:00 PM will be a special time for freshmen and sophomore accounting students to meet and network with firms. Students can arrive anytime and should wear at least business casual attire.

7:00-9:00 PM will be for all upper-division undergraduate students and graduate students. Students should wear business professional attire (i.e., suits).

This event is similar to a career fair. There will be 28 booths and students are welcome to walk around and network with the firms.

Students should plan to bring their resumes and business attire and some questions for the recruiters. Students who plan to interview this semester should also probably have a basic understanding of who the firms are and what they do. Many job postings are already available on Husker Hire Link.
