Kona Ice of North Lincoln is a mobile shaved ice truck where you get to mix your own flavors!! It’s healthy and lower calorie than regular snow cones! You’ll find their shaved ice truck under the skywalk (between the NIC Conference Center and the Food Innovation Center). Metered parking is available on the street.
