The University of Nebraska Online, in partnership with the UNL Center for Transformative Teaching, co-host the first Campus Conversations presentation for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Join us as Flower Darby, director of teaching for Student Success at Northern Arizona University with over 23 years of teaching and instructional design experience in higher education, presents Small Teaching Online: Fostering Connections to Improve Student Engagement and Learning. Attendees will learn how small teaching can help faculty and students address the unique challenges of online learning. Small teaching involves minor changes or adjustments that result in significant learning gains. Attendees will focus on how educators can make a major impact in student’s learning and engagement by implementing strategies based in neuroscience.
