Given the current urgency and necessity to mitigate the challenges of climate change, professionals and research decisions will affect how we relate to and design the physical environment. Climate change strategies highlighted in day one of the Climate Change seminar will focus on the effects of climate on Nebraska's physical environment. All the discussions over the two days, will explore the upstream and downstream relationships between Nebraska's cities and farms, showing how climate effects affect innovative solutions and research directions at the University of Nebraska, which in turn affect climate.
