Andy Brayman holds a BA in sociology and a BFA in ceramics from the University of Kansas (1996) and an MFA in ceramics from Alfred University (1998). His work is a combination of traditional craft, industrial processes, physical computing and contemporary art strategies.

Alex Hibbitt is currently the assistant director and graduate chair of the Ohio University School of Art. Originally from London, England, Alex makes objects and installations that investigate the mediation of experience through technology, the intersection of art, design and craft and the implications of labor in the handmade and the manufactured. She is a founder member of the writing group Workshop, focused on a dialogue around the medium of ceramics through a yearly essay writing and editing process.
