Lancaster County 4-H welcomes all 4-H horse exhibitors, their families, 4-H leaders and extension staff to the 4-H district horse show in Lincoln on Tuesday, June 21. The show will be held at the Lancaster Event Center at N. 84th Street and Havelock Avenue in Pavilion 4 - Amy Countryman Arena (see map on back).
Check In: 8:00 - 8:30 am CT English and Western horses, I.D. horses, pick up exhibitor #, etc. 11–11:30 am Check-in reining, pole & barrel horses if not already done so.
Stall Reservations — If you would like to come the day before the show, there will be stalls available. Stalls, etc. are not reserved until paid for. Exhibitors can pre-register/pre-pay for
stalls, shavings, camping, etc. Contact 402-441-6545 or sales@lancastereventcenter.org
• Camper Hookup: $25 per night.
• Stalls: $15 per night. Must be cleaned out prior to leaving.
• Shavings: $7 per bag. Exhibitors must use shavings provided by the Lancaster Event Center. No outside bedding allowed.
Check-In — Check-in will take place in Pavilion 4 – Amy Countryman Arena. Extension staff will check your horse and horse ID sheets. Horses should not be tacked for ID check-in.
You do not need a health certificate for the district show.
Change to Entries — If there are any changes of horses or scratches to make to entries on the day of the show, please let the entry clerks know during registration.
Concession Stand — There will be a concession
stand on the grounds.
Clean-Up — It is requested all exhibitors
clean up their trailer parking area.

8:50 a.m. Posting of Colors and National Anthem
11–11:30 a.m. Check-in reining, pole & barrel horses if not already done so
SHOW ORDER
Senior individual work in both pleasure and
equitation/horsemanship followed immediately
by Junior individual work.
Once all individual work is completed, Senior
group work will be done, followed by Junior
group work (red groups first followed by blue)
