“Don’t Forget the Basics During the Holidays” including Re-Energize! Find More Energy to Exercise, Back to the Basics, Oral Health, Gender Gap-How Diabetes is Different for Men and Women and Holiday Stress Management are the topics that will be covered during the December 4 session of “Control Diabetes for Life”.

Two sessions will be held from 12:30-3:00 p.m., OR 6:00-8:30 p.m. at the UNL Box Butte County Extension Office, 415 Black Hills, Ave., Alliance.

To register your session, call the UNL Extension office at 762-5616 by Tuesday, December 3, so the proper number of handouts may be prepared. Food service staff may earn two hours of continuing education credit for attending. Call today to register.
