In an effort to help improve Nebraska’s community forests and associated green infrastructure, the Nebraska Forest Service and Nebraska Statewide Arboretum have organized a bus tour to Kansas City, Missouri, to see successful efforts happening there. City leaders, urban foresters, utility professionals and landscape professionals will share their insights about what works and what doesn’t. Registration required to reserve space on bus; $25 fee includes meals.
