The primary responsibility of this role, as Commercial Management Trainee, is to be part of the Bayer CropScience Global Commercial Operations/Marketing Development Program. The program gives the selected incumbents an excellent opportunity to build a career in Marketing, Sales and General Management. The three-year program provides practical, diversified experience in a world-class global company with leading brands. Bayer CropScience development program participants will work in a variety of marketing and sales initiatives, including taking active roles in the sales process within the field and managing product portfolios in operational marketing functions. Furthermore they will have flexible and strategic project assignments in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
