Thriving and winning in today’s business world requires deliberate strategies to drive and continuously steer growth. The learning garnered from this session will help you and your leadership team better navigate the seemingly endless options and opportunities for growth. We answer the question – what really matters? What differentiates the alive from the dead or the losers from the winners? Participants will be introduced to a major research project examining the predictors of organizational survival, stock price and earnings growth. We will drill down on understanding the life and deaths of the initial public offering (IPO) class of 1996, the biggest IPO year ever. Dr. Welbourne will share findings that are not what you would expect. Also, participants will be using a diagnostic tool to compare your own firm to the findings from the senior executives in the project. You will be able to take the tool back to your organization and share insights to escalate growth and assure long-term success.

Additional Public Info:
Price is $95 each, breakfast included.
