Join us to make Mongolian beef and orange chicken.
Mongolian Beef is a flavor-enhanced dish served in American- Chinese restaurants. Sliced beef stir-fried in savory sauce, paired with green onions and red chili, this spicy dish is often served over crispy fried bean noodles or steamed rice.
There are many varieties of Orange Chicken, either with orange or orange peel flavor. The most often found orange chicken in restaurants is chopped, battered, and deep-fried chicken in orange-flavored sauce, somewhat like sweet and sour chicken. The recipe we will use in class is easy to follow and home-cooked style, without deep-frying.
Class size is limited to 20 people so sign up today!
