This class will help students to learn more basic Chinese characters and communication skills in Chinese language. Besides learning in listening, speaking and reading, writing Chinese characters will be emphasized in this class.
Upon finishing this class, students will be able to carry out simple conversations in Chinese about their family members, body parts, food, items in rooms and schoolbag, and write some simple Chinese characters.
Students are expected to learn about 80 new characters and be able to take YCT Level 1 at the end of the class.
