September Chinese cooking class will be a free class offered for UNL students, staff and faculty, as one of the events of UNLCI’s Annual Chinese Culture Festival. It will feature Wonton soup and chicken fried rice, two items sound familiar to most people. You are welcome to participate, to get hands-on experience and taste the food cooked in class. Registration will start two weeks before the class.
