Warm your home and your family with easy yet hearty soups. Open Harvest Meat and Seafood
Assistant Jody Hoover will demonstrate how to make salmon chowder, beef stew, French onion
soup, and chicken noodle soup.
All other classes are $15 for members and $25 for non-members. All Open Harvest
winter cooking classes are held 6 to 8 pm at Grace Lutheran Church at 2225 Washington. To
register, come in to Open Harvest at 1618 South Street or call 475-9069. Information is at
www.openharvest.coop. Pre-registration is required.
