The Food Safety Modernization Act requires food producers to evaluate hazards to their products, create measures to prevent contamination and to develop written food safety plans. This workshop will help fresh produce growers or farmer’s market managers complete the Good Agricultural Practices training. The one-day training session will be Jan. 25 from 8:30 - 4:30 pm at the Panhandle Research and Extension Center, Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
