Acclaimed saxophonist Paul Haar has contributed his notable talent to numerous projects in both the jazz and classical genres and is recognized as being one of the most versatile young saxophonists on the scene today. As an active classical musician he has performed throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Tonight’s concert will feature works of Dr. Randall Snyder, Emeritus Professor of Composition in the UNL School of Music. Three works of Dr. Snyder will be premiered here this evening. The Westbrook Saxophone Quartet and the UNL Saxophone Choir will also join Dr. Haar in concert on Monday, Apr 1 at 7:30 pm in Kimball Recital Hall. This event is FREE and open to the public.
