All youth and leaders will enroll and re-enroll in Otoe County 4-H through 4HOnline. 4HOnline is the wed-based enrollment system that allows families to enroll and re-enroll in 4-H on their personal computer or mobile device. You will complete all of the information necessary to join or re-enroll in the 4-H online, including 4-H Code of Conduct forms.
