Professor Eric Berger will be presenting at this event and is a local expert on the topic of lethal injection and the Constitution. He has experience litigating cases involving lethal injection and has authored several scholarly articles about lethal injection. In January 2009, Professor Berger also testified before the Nebraska Legislature’s Judiciary Committee about a bill to institute lethal injection in Nebraska.
