The subject will be anticipated amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that would appear to substantially change the criteria for discovery. The main speaker will be Judge Lee Rosenthal of the Northern District of Texas, who was on the Advisory Committee for the rule amendments. In addition, all three Magistrate Judges from the District of Nebraska are going to participate in a panel discussion on the amendments.
