Marcus Powers, co-founder and Chief of Operations at Zipline Brewing Co., will be speaking about his experiences with negotiations in the business world. He will provide real world examples of simple hardline negotiations (straight dollars), talk about how to use elements outside of dollars to gain ground, and discuss how he has found win-win scenarios in more complex negotiations. Marcus is a 2008 graduate of the law school and worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Nebraska Department of Justice before starting Zipline.
